Dear Participants of the Strzegom Summer Tour please find below some important information before arrival.
Stable will be open: Tuesday 12.00 AM-10.30 PM, Wednesday - Sunday 6.00 AM – 10.30 PM.
Riders from Federation, who don’t send as official list of accreditation WILL NOT be allow to let in to the show ground area and won’t compete in our competition, this will not subject to refund policy. Please don’t forget about restriction on number of people who accompanying the rider:
1 horse – 1 accompanying person
1 horse riding by minors – 2 accompanying persons
2 horses – 1 accompanying person + groom
3 horses – 1 accompanying person + groom
4 horses – 1 accompanying person + 2 grooms
another groom for every two additional horses
* as accompanying person, we understand family member, kids, trainer, driver, etc.
STABLE ARRANGEMENT
We are waiting for riders’ wishes about stabling arrangement during the Strzegom Summer Tour until Thursday 09.07.2020 - 12.00 PM. Information sent after that will be respected only if there will be any possibility.
NIGHT ARRIVAL
In reference to the FEI requirements concerning the current COVID-19 situation all riders must be checked upon arrival. So, there is no night arrival!!
CHANGE A HORSE/RIDER TO ANOTHER CLASS
All changes after 13.07.2020 - 12.00 AM are paid - 25 EUR.
STARTING ORDER
We are waiting for rider’s wishes about starting order for multiple ride during the Strzegom Summer Tour until Thursday 09.07.2020 - 12.00 PM. Information sent after that will be respected only if there will be any possibility. There will be no possibility to choose a day of dressage.

Do note, that due to the COVID-19 situation there is no shower on the show ground!!!!
ADDITIONAL ONSITE RESTRICTION
Outside barbecue or diner party is allowed only for maximin 10 persons!!!
